Spa Policies & Procedures

Please read these policies carefully. The spa policies apply to all visitors and others who wish to access any spa services. By accessing or using the services you agree to these policies.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We encourage you to leave valuables at home.
• Gift certificates are redeemable only when presented at time of service.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Debit cards.
• Prices are subject to change. Correct service prices will be listed on our website.

Spa appointments are guaranteed with a credit card on file. Your card will not be charged in advance for your booked appointment. Storing a card on file is to ensure your appointment is secure and to protect the business from lost revenue due to a Late Cancellation or No Show.

 

24-hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment for the time your appointment was reserved. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. This applies to gift cards we have on file as well, in the event your credit card declines.

No Shows
If you fail to show up for your appointment, without notification, you will be charged the listed amount for the missed appointment. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. This applies to gift cards we have on file as well, in the event your credit card declines.
Late Arrivals
We require all clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened to accommodate other clients who arrive on time. You will receive the remaining time of your service. Your service price will not be reduced because you are late. If you arrive too late to receive any treatment time, this will be treated as a No Show, and you will be charged the corresponding fee for the service missed. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file. This applies to gift cards we have on file as well. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and arrive on time.
Fee Per Service
Facial, Massage and Body Treatment Services: 50 Minutes – $100 Fee 80 Minutes – $150 Fee Waxing, Tinting and Make-Up services will be charged 50% value of service.
Age Requirements

Spa services are available to individuals 18 years of age and older, with the exception of the Teen Facial (13-17).  As a courtesy to our other guests, please do not bring children under 13 to your spa appointment.

Cell Phones

Respecting the private and personal nature of our environment, loud conversation, cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted inside the spa. Please silence your phone in the spa and take your calls outside.  We appreciate it.

Animals

We love animals as much as you do, but State Law prohibits any animals on the premises except for certified service animals.

Product returns

Any product return or exchange must be done within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt.  We do not accept returns on Jane Iredale cosmetics.
